Order requests are stored in our email inbox, and payments are handled securely through SumUp. We never ask you to send full card details by email or through our order form.

- Unsuccessful enquiries and order requests: up to six months from our last contact.
- Completed orders and financial records: generally up to six years, where needed for accounting, tax and legal responsibilities.
- Personalisation details and correspondence: only for as long as needed to complete your order, provide aftercare or deal with any ongoing queries.
Once information is no longer needed, we'll securely delete it.

Your information belongs to you. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal details, or request that we limit how they're used.
