At Folk & Fable, every order is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery, postage and returns before placing your order.
UK Delivery
For now, our little parcels of storybook magic travel to addresses across the United Kingdom.
A Note on Postage
No two orders are quite the same. Whether you’ve fallen for a single print, chosen a bundle of favourites or commissioned something personal, we confirm postage individually.
Once we receive your order request, we’ll look over your chosen designs and delivery details and get back to you with the total cost, including postage.
There’s no pressure and no commitment at this stage. You can take a look at the details and decide whether you’d like to go ahead. No payment is taken until you’ve confirmed your order.
From Our Hands to Your Home
We want your prints to arrive safely, ready to be treasured. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with your artwork in mind.
Once you’ve confirmed your order and payment has been received through our secure SumUp payment link, we’ll prepare and dispatch your items.
We’ll let you know the expected delivery timeframe when confirming your order, so you know what to expect as your little parcel makes its way to you.
Returns, Cancellations & A Little Reassurance
We want you to feel happy and confident about your order. If something isn’t quite right, or you’ve had a change of heart, here’s how we handle things.
Non-personalised prints and cards
Sometimes a print catches your eye, but you later decide it isn’t quite right for your space. For eligible non-personalised items purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you wish to cancel. You’ll normally have a further 14 days to return the item. As we are a small business, return postage is not covered by Folk & Fable.
Personalised prints & commissioned artwork
Some pieces are made especially for you. From our personalised Heirloom Alphabet prints to bespoke commissions, these designs are created around your individual details and choices and are therefore exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right.
Please take a moment to check names, spellings and other personalisation details carefully before confirming your order. We want your finished piece to feel just right.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect
We know how disappointing it can be when something doesn’t arrive as it should. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue, where appropriate. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by anything in this policy.
